Dry Creek Farm is proud to present "Hank", owned by Steve and Kay Byerly.  
Our primary goal here at Dry Creek, is to breed the BEST miniature zebu cattle
in the United States.  We breed cattle who are conformationally correct, with
wonderful breed character and calm temperaments, and Hank helps us with
that goal.  We are fortunate to have found a majestic , exotic, beautiful animal,
who comes when called and drops his nose in the halter!  While Hank is  retired
from breeding on our farm, he is our reference bull, and the sire of our newest
herd bull, Dry Creek Farm Gunter.
Dry Creek Farm's Gunter, Hank's 2009 bull calf at one month
old, 18 months old, and two years.  Gunter is the only calf we
know with BOTH parents retired as Master Champions.  
Gunter is the manifestation of all the qualities we treasure in
the zebu:  refined skeletal structure, correct carriage and
conformation, exotic breed character, pronounced hump, and
absolutely tractable temperament.  He has been very
successful in the show ring, and we look forward to a long
and successful run as a herd sire, as well.  Gunter's first
calves will be on the ground in 2012.
